Background
For over 20 years Anne Maree Wilshire has been facilitating & coaching senior managers, teams and presenters in personal and organisational excellence. She is a recognised expert in the areas of communication, conflict resolution, leadership, persuasion, influence and authenticity.

Anne Maree has developed a unique approach that supports her clients in achieving their business outcomes while creating an environment in which respect, harmony and understanding to flourish.

Before starting her work in consultancy Anne Maree spent over ten years working in organisations. This included Citicorp, the Australian Broadcasting Commission, Channels 7 and 10 and three years as a Corporate Public Relations Consultant.Her animated and engaging presentation style reflects her professional career as a singer/songwriter and performer.

She partners with senior managers, individuals and teams at all levels of organisation in; strengthening their client and stakeholder relationships, inspiring others to action and building buy in, through developing the ability to recognise, deeply understand and respond in the client’s “model of the world” rather than in their own.

Creating and sustaining powerful teams, that have honest and frank conversations and draw on the knowledge of all members to achieve genuinely aligned and powerful outcomes. Anne Maree works with her clients on several levels simultaneously.

While helping to refine their professional skills, she also explores with them how their attitude, beliefs and values may be creating incongruity that’s unconsciously reflected in their behaviour. By linking these habits of thought to patterns of action the underlying blocks to sustained change can be dissolved and fundamental sustainable change is achieved.
