Why?
We all encounter conflict at some point in
our lives. Conflict, it seem is an
inevitable part of life. We’re all
different and we all have varying viewpoints
and needs. The way we approach these
differences, however, determines how well
conflicts
can be constructively resolved.
Diversity in the workplace is a great
principle and can work brilliantly if people
have the skills to cope with the differences
that such diversity brings.
